The Shimano SLXA delivers a powerful bait caster reel while also delivering an excellent braking system for minimal birds nest. The whopper plopper is an excellent top water lure for bass. I managed to even land a baby small mouth bass that was just a bit bigger than the lure. Very fun to use.
